  • Exciting opportunity within an Independent Financial Adviser firm in Ipswich who are looking for an experienced Paraplanner.
  • They offer independent, holistic advice to a wide range of clients and are very well established in the area.

  • Opportunity to progress in to a Trainee Adviser role in the near future.

The role:

  • Supporting a Senior Adviser with a large and complex client portfolio.
  • Preparing complex financial reports, suitability letters and recommendations for clients.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on financial products, investments and pensions.
  • Attending client meetings, assisting with preparation of client reviews and meeting notes.
  • Assist in the development of financial strategies based on client needs and goals.
  • Maintaining and updating client records and financial plans.
  • Ensuring regulatory requirements, company and industry best practices are adhered to.

To apply:

  • Ideally you will be Level 4 qualified with client facing experience.
  • Proven experience in Paraplanning gained within an IFA.
  • Good knowledge of financial products including investment and pensions.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organisational & planning skills.
  • Detail orientated with strong communication skills.
  • Able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal & external customers.
