A motivated and detail-oriented individual is sought to join an ocean imports team. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and the opportunity to build strong relationships with valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Book FCL and LCL import shipments into the system
  • Check documentation for compliance purposes
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing updates
  • Prepare and complete manifests in Destin8 for ETSF warehouse operations
  • Prepare devan instructions for the onsite warehouse team
  • Complete customs declarations
  • Arrange deliveries with suppliers
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers
  • Check and approve supplier invoices
  • Provide proof of deliveries
  • Provide quotations for new shipments and arrange bookings

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics or freight shipments is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
