Tennial Personnel is seeking Senior Night Shift Hygiene Operatives for a temporary to permanent role in Claydon, Suffolk.
The position requires managing a hygiene team and entails cleaning and sanitizing production machinery, with a shift pattern from 7:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday to Friday.
Candidates should have experience managing a small team and will be provided with full training and personal protective equipment (PPE).
The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented, with transport desired due to the location and shift pattern.
The salary for this position is competitive, and applicants should have relevant experience in a supervisory role.

Tennial personnel are seeking Senior Night Shift Hygiene Operatives to work for our client based in Claydon Suffolk – this is a temporary to permanent position upon completing the probation period (12 weeks) working a shift pattern 7.00pm to 6.30am Monday to Friday .. Duties will include managing a hygiene team along with Cleaning and sanitising production machinery Adhering to Health and Safety practices , Completing daily, weekly, and periodic cleans of machine and production rooms, Dismantling machinery for deep cleaning , Working with chemicals ,Completing and signing off paperwork , Cover holidays and absence , Working alongside the Production manager, and managing a small team of hygiene operatives to drive improvements and factory standards (Full training and PPE (personal protective equipment) will be providedIdeal applicant will be self-motivated, reliable, a team player, have a conscientious approach with attention to detail.
