We are thrilled to be working with an international business who are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team. They have a loyal client base and work with some of the worlds leading businesses, but they have ambitious growth plans for the next few years and are looking for someone with outbonud sales experience to join their team.

This role is not a sterotypical 'telesales role' and will enable you to build long lasting relationships with clients. This role includes account management, follow ups and prospecting/finding leads, giving you a great variety of duties.

Duties:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
  • High daily activity based around set KPI's (inbound/outbound calls, activities, opportunities, quotes to order conversion)
  • Initiate and develop new sales opportunities/prospecting using outbound cold calls, emails and lead follow-ups
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
  • Prompt contact with incoming leads and follow ups
  • Daily Account Management - customer retention and growth
  • Contacting existing customers for repeat orders, upsell and cross selling
  • Maintain consistent standards of customer contact
  • Answering customer questions and resolving their concerns
  • Completion of all required CRM processes and activities not limited to opportunities, quotes, activities and tickets
  • Understanding of business goals and targets
  • Stay up to date with competition in the market
  • Explain and demonstrate functions and features of products and services
  • Sell product(s) in line with profit margin and pricing directives

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, via outbound techniques
  • Experience working with sales cycles
  • Ability to work within Ipswich
