Do you have a passion for finance and a knack for meticulous administration? We are seeking a dedicated Redemptions Loan Administrator to enhance our team. This role is crucial in managing the final stages of mortgage and loan servicing, ensuring clients can confidently move forward with their financial goals.

Responsibilities:

As a Loan Administrator, you will handle critical tasks such as:

  • Accurately redeeming mortgage accounts within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Managing the secure release of security and Title Deeds in compliance with established procedures. - Maintaining precise records and ensuring the secure storage of files and deeds.
  • Handling both inbound and outbound customer calls with utmost professionalism.

Required experience:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Has high attention to detail and can effectively manage a diverse workload.
  • Is customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Is competent in using Microsoft Office packages and can handle difficult conversations with sensitivity.
