Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for administrative work? Our client, a leading company in the Air Conditioning and Heating industry, is seeking a Parts Administrator to join their team in Ipswich.
In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the stores and the purchasing of equipment and tools. Your main goal will be to ensure that our engineers have access to the right tools, parts, and equipment, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and order parts, materials, and tools.
- Receive, pack, and allocate items to the correct jobs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, process invoices, and manage warranties.
- Keep control of stock and ensure the stores are organised and tidy.
- Manage the supply and handling of refrigerants.
- Conduct van inspections and Health and Safety checks.

What you need to have:
- Experience in a similar role within a supplier-based industry.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Ability to handle manual tasks, such as lifting gas bottles and loading equipment and delivering these to engineers
- Valid UK driving licence.
