Resourcer:

The Resourcer role is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process.

Resourcers carry out relevant processes to ensure industry codes of ethics and relevant legislation are adhered to.

Overview -

Understand the candidate attraction and selection process, including the legal and ethical requirements.
Understand recruitment sales techniques and how to support them.
Develop skills in initiating, building and maintaining relationship with candidates.
Develop skills to qualify shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies.
Develop skills to effectively write, place and update adverts.
Register canddiates within the office enviroment
Answering the telephone
