About The Role:Days of Work: Variable Shift RotaShift Pattern: 4 on 4 offAs part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Workforce Planning - Shift allocation; Staff attendance monitoring; Sourcing and coordinating cover for vacant shifts and in the case of absence or sickness
  • Staff Welfare - Conduct regular checks on lone workers in the field
  • Incident Reporting - Liaising with clients regarding on-site incidents, following escalation processes and procures, as necessary
  • Data Management - Collating and processing staffing data, as required

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK
  • SIA licensed essential.
  • To be Proactive, responsible, reliable and capable of leading a team of employees.
  • Able to interact and influence front line colleagues and management team to ensure all contractual requirements are fulfilled
  • Ability to lead a team with the ability to motivate, listen, support and communicate effectively
