ROLE DETAILS
The Senior Graphic Designer will have a proven track record of creating compelling visual storytelling across various touchpoints for SME, B2B, and B2C audiences.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in brand development, design execution, and collaboration, with a strong focus on user experience and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is comfortable being the only designer in the team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

- Create and implement innovative ideas for a range of marketing collateral, such as print, digital, and social media.

- Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee consistent design and brand message.

- Oversee design projects from inception to conclusion, making sure that all deliverables adhere to timelines and quality requirements.

- Assist with the ongoing development of our visual identity and brand guidelines.

- Oversee several projects at once, paying close attention to details and sticking to deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS

The Senior Graphic Designer will have the majority of the following experience:

- Completed studies in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.

- A diverse portfolio showcasing experience in the design industry/agency across various media.

- Proven track record in direct response design, creating graphics that capture attention and drive conversions.

- Ability to look after multiple brands and understand the fundamental design principles such as typography, layout design, and colour theory.

- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro

- Sketch, Figma

- HubSpot, DotDigital, Asana, Jira, Wrike

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £45,000
