Job Specification: SHEQ Coordinator

Role Overview: Assist the Senior SHEQ Business Partner and SHEQ Business Partners in health and safety, environmental management, quality control, training, auditing, and maintaining accreditations. Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal compliance and meet certification standards. Communicate with Directors, managers, and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor PQQ Requests and assign tasks to SHEQ Business Partners.
  • Maintain competency matrices for SHEQ Business Partners and subcontractors.
  • Ensure subcontractor insurance certification is up-to-date.
  • Act as Sentinel Coordinator.
  • Distribute SHEQ communications and analyze returns.
  • Track SHEQ Monthly Targets and Corrective Actions.
  • Report on SHEQ Compliance Operational Requirements.
  • Align SHEQ Dashboards with Reflow and FocalPoint developments.
  • Manage the Drugs and Alcohol process, including testing and record-keeping.
  • Attend SHEQ meetings and maintain records.
  • Maintain various SHEQ Registers.
  • Coordinate SHEQ-led training courses and training records.
  • Liaise with Finance for timely invoice approval.
  • Manage the SHEQ email inbox and distribute actions.
