Payroll Manager

The Role

  • Provide subject matter expertise across payroll, both internally and externally for our clients
  • Lead the team in ensuring the delivery of a first-class service to clients.
  • Have prior experience of implementing new systems and payroll software
  • Support and nurture other team members to aid their development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Leverage expertise across all aspects of payroll processing, from data input to report generation.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise and modernise payroll processes through innovative ideas.

The Person

  • Will have experience leading or managing a payroll team
  • Passionate about the details and competent in all aspects of payroll processing.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and support team members.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to maintain client relationships.
  • Forward-thinking and problem-solving abilities to enhance payroll processes and client experience.
