This role will see you working across various supplier sites, offering a mix of operational and strategic HR support.Key responsibilities include:- Providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.-Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.-Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.-Assisting with performance management and talent development strategies.-Leading on HR projects to support business objectives.-Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.-Working closely with managers to drive engagement, wellbeing, and development.About YouYou're an experienced HR Generalist, ideally with a background in a fast-paced or multi-site environment. With a strong understanding of UK employment law and best practice, you're confident in handling employee relations cases and providing expert advice to managers.
