We're looking for an experienced IT Manager, with a strong technical background to join our clients team at a critical point within their technology roadmapping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the Service Desk team with technical expertise.
- Manage and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Oversee MSP/3rd party vendor relationships.
- Act as an escalation point for incidents impacting service delivery.
- Ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery processes.
- Influence infrastructure design and configuration.
- Deliver Infrastructure and Business Change projects.
Technical Experience:
- Microsoft Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)
- O365 Administration
- Azure Administration
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Administration
- SQL Server Administration and Troubleshooting
- Windows 10/11 Administration and Troubleshooting, including migrations
