- Provide first line and second-line technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective solutions
- Build, deploy, and configure hardware and software for new users
- Assist off-site users and remote offices with technical support
- Conduct hardware maintenance and software support
- Proven experience in IT support within a Microsoft environment, including Office 365 and Active Directory
- Knowledge of hardware components and network configurations
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus
