The successful candidate will form part of the technical department where they will take on full responsibility for providing effective and efficient support to Area Technical Sales Managers, processing technical specifications, inspection reports, guarantees and handling telephone enquiries.

Key Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Provide Administrative support within the department as the business demands.
  • Raising specifications, inspection reports & guarantees, tracking and progressing accordingly
  • Administration of live project documents and notifications
  • Producing and processing technical specifications
  • Reviewing, processing, and producing project documents including inspection reports and guarantees
  • Liaison with Clients and Area Technical Sales Managers
  • Dealing with Internal and external telephone enquiries
  • Assisting other team members when required

Previous Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven administrative support experience gained from a technical biased environment
  • An accurate, methodical approach to work, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work calmly under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • A high degree of professionalism, with a strong work ethic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Accurate typing skills
