  • Job Title: Insurance Administrator
  • Salary: Excellent salary and benefits package

  • Duties include handling client enquiries, preparing insurance documentation, and providing support to broking team
  • Location: Remote/Office working

You will be involved with all aspects of clients' insurance requirements which will include renewals, mid-term adjustments, accounting procedures, producing documentation and all general enquiries.

Providing technical and administrative support to the broking team.

Any enquiries from client, insurers etc to be resolved professionally and promptly.

Good communication with the broking team relating to client requests, translating this to slip detail and preparing MRC slips to market requirements,

Preparation of broker insurance documentation including cover notes, debit notes, premium adjustments etc.

Provide cover for the preparation and processing of policy documentation that meets Market Reform requirements.

Assist with the maintenance of the policy register and the handling of enquiries from Xchanging regarding policy matters.
