Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle inbound and make outbound calls to customers in arrears.
  • Manage borrower accounts from day 1 arrears through to litigation, reviewing and considering forbearance options suitable for short or long-term assistance.
  • Analyse customer information to determine the best outcomes based on individual circumstances.
  • Correspond in writing with customers not available by telephone.
  • Liaise with third parties, including Solicitors and Field Agents, to coordinate activities in line with policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all standards are met concerning client expectations of quality, productivity, and performance.
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery to customers and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in administration or customer service roles.
  • Empathetic mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Reasonable numeracy skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
