1.2 Overall Purpose of the roleAssist with a range food and beverage service activities on the wards. Main aim will be to carry out a range of catering duties, ensuring a high-quality service is provided at all times.Health & Safety Purpose: To take a direct interest in the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your work activities.1.3 Main Duties & Responsibilities of the RoleAssisting with food preparation / probing food for temperature / completing due diligence paperworkDishing up food and drinks on the ward to patientsReplacing / refilling of water jugsAssist with collection and washing up of cutlery, crockery and traysKeeping the kitchen clean, tidy and ready for the next shiftOrdering stock and filling upReport broken equipment to supervisor
