Their expertise spans various sectors, including housing, renewable energy, utilities, and infrastructure projects. Furthermore, they have a proven track record, achieving a high success rate in securing planning consents for projects ranging from small-scale developments to large renewable energy schemes.
The Position as a Town Planner
The position as a Town Planner is for a proactive individual. The successful candidate will have a full or licentiate membership with the RTPI, and relevant consultancy experience. As a Town Planner, you will have an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, from residential developments to infrastructure and regeneration initiatives.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner
- RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
- Chartered Member of the RTPI (or working towards)
- Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
- Demonstrable previous experience.
- Have a genuine interest and enthusiasm in planning.
