About the role:

As the Logistics Coordinator you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operations while collaborating with a dedicated group of professionals. This dynamic position involves overseeing internal administration, supply chain and logistics processes  enabling us to continue making strides in sustainable crop protection solutions.

Key duties will include:

  • Assist the Accounts Department in processing purchase and sales orders and ensuring accuracy in customer invoices.
  • Liaise directly with a large multi-national corporation to coordinate product purchases and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to secure the necessary raw materials to meet production deadlines.
  • Prepare documentation for the import and export of raw materials and finished goods, understanding the intricacies of cross-border goods movement.
  • Manage internal stock movements, resolve discrepancies, and generate monthly stock reports.
  • Maintain accurate internal records using our MRP software platform, UNLEASHED.
  • Communicate effectively with customs clearance agents and hauliers to manage the despatch process.
  • Support the accounts team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

About you:

We are looking for a team player with a solid background in administration, preferably in stock management, purchasing, logistics or production. You should have experience with cross-border logistics and a good grasp of Purchase/Sales ledger processes. Proficiency in IT, particularly in Excel and SharePoint, is essential, along with excellent planning and organisational skills. Your effective communication abilities (both written and verbal) will shine as you navigate various stakeholder interactions. If you possess strong logistics management skills and can manage your own workload effectively, you could be the perfect fit for our team!
