Skills & Experience Required:

  • Extensive Export Ocean Freight operational experience, and a strong commercial awareness
  • Experience of creating operational efficiencies, and strategic planning and execution
  • Proven successful experience of managing, leading and motivating a team towards success
  • The ability to build and maintain strong client relations, with the ability to negotiate and overcome objections
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a team to successfully source solutions and efficiently handle all export freight requirements on behalf of clients. Working in conjunction with the Freight Manager, you will also be responsible for achieving department and Company strategy and goals.
