We have an exciting role for a Warehouse Team Leader (Night Shift) at our client's Food Service Distribution Centre in Needham Market. Join a family run foodservice business with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Responsibilities:
- Lead the night operations to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Ensure accurate delivery of goods to our customers.
- Support picking, packing, and loading processes.
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse, adhering to Health and Safety standards and Food Safety compliance.
You are:
- Experienced in working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Methodical with great attention to detail.
- Confident in leading a team.
- Familiar with working in a multi-temperature environment.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and have a 'Can-Do' attitude.
- Flexible in your approach to working hours.
- Well-organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- IT literate, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
It's a plus if you have experience operating MHE, Counterbalance, and/or Reach.
In return, our client offers:
- Competitive annual salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000.
- Night shift working pattern - (Sunday 12am-5am, Monday-Wednesday 9pm-6am, Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday and Saturday OFF)
