A lovely opportunity for an experienced administrator/co-ordinator to join this friendly and busy team to take care of everything administration and organising! You will be a key point of contact for project mangers, customers and your engineers who are out on site daily.
About the Role - This is an interesting and involved role, with great people to work with. You will have lots of varied things to do and be involved with almost everyone throughout the business. If you like to get stuck in, be really helpful and create some great relationships then this would be a great role for you.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries
- Overseeing timesheets for engineers
- Taking service calls from customers and planning work for engineers
- Ordering PPE, tools, and vehicle requirements for engineers
- Liaising with project managers and assisting with any customer documentation
- Collecting engineer's reports and sending them to clients
- Invoicing for work completed
Experience - You will need experience in a similar role; working with engineers or within construction would be a real bonus, and of course, you will have excellent administrative and organisational skills. People make a real difference in this firm and you will need to enjoy being friendly and inclusive and be able to manage peaks and troughs in your work.
