As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the needs of the rapidly growing Sales Team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Telephone answering and monitoring emails
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure orders leave on time and product is precured to minimise delays
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Monitoring of existing orders and communicating any potential issues
  • Submitting quotations
  • Uploading sales orders
  • Managing customer drawings and ensuring amendments are captured and actioned
  • Following up on completed orders
  • Weekly reporting

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven sales administration experience
  • Computer literate
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
