Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Ipswich, UK (office based)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time 45 per week, from 07:30 - 17:00
Employment: Permanent, full-time
Years of relevant experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in admin or coordination role
About the Position
We are seeking an organised Project Administrator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, based at our Ipswich office. This is a new role and exciting opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to meaningful projects. This role involves a variety of administrative, logistical and coordination responsibilities, supporting the Project Coordinators and Project Managers.
What You’ll be Doing but not limited:

Assist EPPH project managers with daily tasks, maintain project documentation

Manage emails and calendars, and support RAMS and compliance documentation

Assist with planning, scheduling, and track project progress and coordinate meetings

Ensure quality assurance and management of subcontractors’ documentation.

Organise project documents, provide client updates, and issue O&M packs.

Coordinate resources (materials, tools, personnel), and invoice upon project completion.

Liaise between team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders; ensure clear communication and resolve issues.

Assist in identifying project risks, support with development of mitigation strategies, and contribute to resolving project challenges issues.
Required qualifications / Expectations / Experience:

Previous experience in administration role ideally within a construction environment

Strong organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities and achieve set targets

Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with projects, office teams and various stakeholders

Strong background in customer service and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Good team player, dedicated individual looking for a career progression
