Job Overview

Opus People Solutions on behalf of Concertus are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Administrator Assistant to join our Operational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing system records and supporting project reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring our project operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Project Administrator Assistant, you will support in bridging the gap between our project and operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical skills and a keen analytical mindset to support financial processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate closely with the Operational team to ensure high levels of accuracy and organization.

-Work effectively with professionals across the business to ensure timely availability of information.

-Set up and maintain the business management database daily, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry.

-Ensure all financial processes are completed within agreed timescales.

-Produce client fee documentation and manage the process from enquiry to contract.

-Raise accurate invoices to clients and manage internal purchase orders.

-Run periodic reports and assist in analysing project financials from initiation through to completion.

-Review and process quotes and relevant insurances from third-party suppliers.

-Address internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner.

Desired Skills:

Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess strong literacy and numeracy skills, and have excellent communication abilities. Awareness of confidentiality and data protection is essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate good organizational skills.
