As a Service Engineer, you will play a key role in providing expert service, installation, and maintenance support for our world-class slitting and rewinding machinery. This position is ideal for an experienced electro/mechanical engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to travel worldwide, supporting customers across the globe.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Conduct installation, maintenance, and servicing of production machinery at client sites worldwide.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the International Machine Support Department to address technical issues and customer needs.
  • Provide expertise in machine controls, including PLCs and A.C drive controls.
  • When not on-site, work at the Ipswich factory on mechanical engineering, servicing, and repairs.
