Day-to-day of the role:- Obtain accurate readings from water meters.
- Carry out meter exchanges.
- Collect data relevant to water usage.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally.
- Manage daily tasks efficiently, working independently across various locations.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Valid driving licence as the role requires travel.
