The Role

The Corporate Actions Analyst will sit within the Middle Office working between the Front Office team and the Back Office team.

The Corporate Actions Analyst will be diligent in the preparation of checking and the dispatch of corporate action communications to clients, advising them of the terms of the event in an easy to understand manner and detailing the options open to the client.

The Corporate Actions Analyst will confidently support the business in respect of all corporate action related issues and queries including liaising with the Corporate Actions team at Platform Securities.

The Corporate Actions Analyst will be responsible for thoroughly checking and the submitting of placing orders for IPOs as well as the regular trading and settlement of client transactions.

The Corporate Actions Analyst is expected to willingly undertake a number of ad hoc tasks, providing support to both the Advisors and clients.

The Candidate

3-5 years Experience within Corporate Actions within Middle Office / Investment Management - essential

Strong Good communication skills

Ability to work well within a team

Have a can-do attitude with good prioritisation skills
