What You'll Do:
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in our Customer Care Centre. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and logging breakdown calls accurately.
- Ensuring all jobs logged receive an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- Providing accurate and valid information to our customers.
- Liaising with mobile fitters and third-party engineers to minimise site delays.
- Managing emails in your personal inbox as well as shared inboxes.
- Collaborating with customers, depots, mobile fitters, and third-party suppliers.
- Escalating any issues to the Escalations Manager.
- Investigating and resolving customer queries with precision.
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service via phone and email to both potential and existing customers.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of skills and experience, including:
- Good spoken and written English (minimum Grade C GCSE English Language required).
- Excellent negotiation and organisational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills across all channels.
- Experience in regular communication over the phone and via email.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Office.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a desire to go the extra mile.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage your own workload.
- Prior knowledge of the plant hire industry is an asset!
