We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our client's team during an exciting period of change. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive performance and growth. The HRBP will play a critical role in shaping organizational culture, supporting talent strategies, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and challenges, offering HR insights and solutions that support organizational success.
  • Talent Management: Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies to build a high-performing team. Lead on recruitment decisions to ensure alignment with the company’s values and strategy.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance management, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Change Management: Partner with leaders to manage organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement during transformation initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Drive the performance review and feedback process, supporting managers in setting goals, providing coaching, and developing team capabilities.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with employment laws and regulations and reflect the company’s values.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Promote an inclusive workplace culture through initiatives that support diversity and employee engagement.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyse HR data and trends to inform business decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in an HR role, preferably as an HRBP or similar
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Level 5 CIPD (Desirable)
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
