Accounts Administrator required for permanent opportunity with our client based off Norwich Road, Ipswich. This is an excellent chance to join an established, respected and modern organisation, due to continued growth an additional role has arisen within the admin team.
Main duties will include: -
- Processing client invoices
- Processing quotations
- Ordering stock
- Liaising with suppliers
- Collating purchase invoices
- Collating company credit card receipts
- Raising purchase orders
Skills and attributes: -
- Good knowledge of MS outlook, Excel and other in-house systems
- Knowledge of Sage (although not essential)
- Great attention to detail
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
Flexible working up to 40 hours per week, between 8am -5pm, Monday to Friday. Starting pay rate 12.50 per hour.
