Recruitment coordinator 6 months FTC Joining and retention bonus On-site parking Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition? We're looking for a proactive and driven In-House Recruiter to join my clients team on a 6-month contract.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the company.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies..
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and manage offers.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure records are kept upto date
  • Assist with system change
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within an in-house or agency environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
