Key Responsibilities:
Processing the monthly payroll for 90 employees, including inputting, checking, and finalising payroll data.
Managing payroll changes such as new starters, leavers, and amendments.
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, including PAYE, NI, pensions, and holiday pay.
Handling payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
Liaising with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in payroll administration is essential.
Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and processes.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
