Local Network Execution Manager

Full Time, Permanent (UK Head Office)

We are looking for a Network Schedule Administrator to join our Fleet-Network-Terminal Efficiency department. This role will play a leading role in further development of our schedule reliability and contributes to the optimisation of our services.

The Local Network Execution Manager will be responsible and accountable for all of the following and should therefore be aware of and be able to report on the general situation of their assigned services, vessel & area, reporting to management when and where required:

  • Assist with optimisation & execution of vessel deployment and changes.
  • Identify and prepare vessel contingencies for raising to network area managers
  • Identify operational and or area bottlenecks
  • Daily Schedule updating management
  • Ensure end of regions are updated to match actual last port of region when rotation changes are made that impact the original declared proforma EOR
  • Ensure within the 5 week window that all departures are either assigned a vessel or declared blank sailing
  • Identify all TBN sailings and discuss actions to take, updating with an official vessel sailing or declare as blank sailing
  • Ensure and manage schedule coordination between all parties for either vessel changes between services or within a specific service
  • Drive and facilitate the organization’s strategy for schedule reliability within the network
  • Ensure continuous analyse of data to identify any areas of possible improvements
