The role is for a Team Leader located near Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
The position offers a pay rate between £15.39 and £16.54 per hour.
Candidates are expected to have previous experience in a team leading position, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Working hours are from Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 1pm.
Applicants must have their own transport and be available for an immediate start.

Role – Team Leader roleLocation – Based close to Bury St Edmunds, SuffolkWorking hours – Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 1pmRate of pay – Between £15.39 - £16.54 per hourCapacity of role – Temporary to Permanent positionOur client is a leading manufacturer in the local area is currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join their busy workshop.Candidates will need to have own transport and ideally will be looking for a role with an immediate startMain duties will include -  Oversee production operations.  Working in conjunction with the Head of Production ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are measured and met.  Provide direction, training and feedback to employees.  Oversee and monitor workers within the area during production activities to ensure adherence to ethics, safety and quality procedures.  Be responsible for being a leadership resource to team members, providing knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice, knowing proper procedures for workers to follow and ensuring that they comply.  Provide guidance to the team on how to use tools and equipment, or how to improve quality or speed of production.
