Location: Ipswich, UK (office based)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours: Full-Time 45 per week, from 07:30 – 17:00 

Employment: Permanent, full-time

Years of relevant experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in admin or coordination role

About the Position 

 We are seeking an organised Project Administrator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, based at our Ipswich office. This is a new role and exciting opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to meaningful projects. This role involves a variety of administrative, logistical and coordination responsibilities, supporting the Project Coordinators and Project Managers.

What You’ll be Doing but not limited:

  • Assist EPPH project managers with daily tasks, maintain project documentation
  • Manage emails and calendars, and support RAMS and compliance documentation
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and track project progress and coordinate meetings
  • Ensure quality assurance and management of subcontractors’ documentation.
  • Organise project documents, provide client updates, and issue O&M packs. 
  • Coordinate resources (materials, tools, personnel), and invoice upon project completion.
  • Liaise between team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders; ensure clear communication and resolve issues.
  • Assist in identifying project risks, support with development of mitigation strategies, and contribute to resolving project challenges issues. 

Required Experience: 

  • Previous experience in administration role ideally within a construction environment 
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities and achieve set targets
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with projects, office teams and various stakeholders
  • Strong background in customer service and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Good team player, dedicated individual looking for a career progression
