Project Manager - High End residential
50,000 to 55,000 + Generous Package

Our client is a highly respected and well establsihed building company that specialises in high end residential property developments, extensions and refurbishments.
Duties:
- Supporting the commercial team in developing robust quotes in terms of adding practical insight where necessary
- Responsible for ensuring all projects commence in an organised / fully co-ordinated manner with implementation of all pre-start procedures.
- Manage project progress, variations, deadlines, and quality standards ensuring adherence to timeline / budgets and cost
- Monitor and manage at project site level direct labour, subcontractors and key material allocation ensuring resource availability to required timelines within project costs.
- Monitor and manage the performance of site staff in relation to implementation of site procedures and operations to improve efficiency and profitability providing assistance and training where necessary.
Candidate Requirments:
- Expereinced Project Manager or a Highly expereinced Site Manager looking to step up
- Expereince working on high end residential projects
- Great attitude
- Qualification (preffered)
- Able to work alone and part of a team
