Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate and professional property valuations for sales and lettings.
- Generate new business by securing property listings through effective canvassing and networking.
- Provide expert advice to clients on the current property market and pricing strategies.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and marketing materials.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legislation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with sales and lettings teams to achieve business objectives.
- Attend property viewings and liaise with potential buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from valuation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
About You:
- Proven experience in property valuation, with a strong track record of securing listings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market in Ipswich and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Full UK driving licence and use of own car for property visits.
