About The Role:Days of Working: Monday to FridayShift Pattern: 09:00am - 17:30pmReporting to the Head of Procurement Transformation, the Integration Lead has a primary responsibility for providing strategic support for procurement integration processes and continuous improvement within OCS UK & Ireland. Working closely with the procurement category team, and other key stakeholders, the Integration Lead will be expected to drive and embed changes arising from acquisitions and integration activity and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Functional

  • Deliver comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Analyse multiple sources of data to identify potential synergy opportunities.
  • Identify key contracts and procurement activities that need to be moved over and ensure a smooth execution
  • Deliver improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency and value of the procurement function.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes across OCS.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring supplier due diligence is carried out on incoming supply chains.
  • Lead on Hive Up activities relating to M&A and internal legal entity changes and ERP changes
  • Influence stakeholders to secure buy-in to change management activity.
  • Lead on the procurement workstream, reporting upwards on integration plans and progress
  • Ensure integration tasks are effectively managed, and completed on time and risks escalated to the wider integration team
  • Support the delivery of process improvement to ensure OCS money is spent with approved suppliers.
  • Provide seamless engagement with Finance to ensure we uphold our commitment to pay our suppliers on time.
  • Support the Procurement Leadership Team in driving the Group's Reasonable, Ethical and Sustainable Procurement policy and ESG objectives across the organisation.
  • Comply with the CIPS Code of Conduct by enhancing and protecting the standard of the profession, maintain the highest standard of integrity in all business relationships, promoting the eradication of unethical business relationships, enhancing the proficiency and stature of the profession, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Comply with ethical practices when sourcing goods or services for the UK and Ireland business.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience...Necessary

  • Previous experience working in a procurement environment.
  • Strong Change Management and Project management skills.
  • Experience developing or improving policies and processes.
  • An understanding of risk and how to mitigate.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Strong influencing and problem-solving skills.
  • Cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to build sustainable and productive relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Job location Ipswich but must be willing to travel to other OCS offices as required

Desirable

  • Experience working in the FM Procurement.
  • M&A experience
