You will be responsible for analysing processes, conducting audits, and implementing quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Duties
- Conduct thorough analyses of agent calls and customer communications.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies.
- Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, feeding back to managers
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and findings, presenting them to management.
- Train staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting quality assurance.
