Receptionist/Accounts Administrator £13 per hourMonday to Friday, 8am-5pm Outskirts of StowmarketTemporary (will continue roughly until September 2025) On behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Stowmarket, we are searching for a Receptionist/Accounts Administrator to join a friendly team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will ensure excellent customer service and professionalism at all times, when dealing with both internal and external contacts. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, so a polite, friendly and manner both in person and via telephone is a must! Main duties and responsibilities:• First point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and friendly greeting• Answering telephone calls, ensuring they are transferred to the correct and appropriate member of staff • Ensuring professionalism with both internal and external communication• Processing Purchase Ledger transactions using Accounting Software • General administrative duties, such as filing, administrative requests, and dealing with queries Key skills:• Demonstrates excellent customer service at all times• Ensuring a friendly and professional telephone manner • Ensuring prioritisation when dealing with multiple tasks • Strong attention to detail • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner If you are interested in this position please apply with a current CV or contact the Bury St Edmunds office for more information.
