Position: Part-Time Remote, Recruitment ResourcerLocation: RemoteHours: Flexible, part-time, Freelance (15-20 hours per week - ideally 5 days a week splitt flexably)

Pay: £12.50 - 15.00 an hour depending on experience, time to be recorded on Hubstaff.

What You'll Do:

  • Screen Resumes: Evaluate resumes to identify the best candidates for each position.
  • Call candidates: Both candidates that you have sourced and candidates that have been sourced by the consultant you'll be partnering with.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain Databases: Keep candidate databases up-to-date and organized. (Mostly Outlook)
  • Communicate: Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • No Recruitment Experience Required: Ideally some experience working in Admin & Telephone customer Service
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both on the phone and via email. Basic understanding of commercial organisations, and ideally some knowledge of technology or marketing.
  • Geographical Remit: Whilst this role can be done remotely the majority of our clients are in East Anglia, and our offices are in Ipswich, so knowledge of the local geophry will be favourable
  • Attitude: Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, use hubsptaff to record time and tasks
  • Technology: CloudScope embraces some of the best recruitment tools on the market, these are designed to be intuitive, but general fluency on a PC is essential.
