Day-to-day of the role:- Identify and develop new client and business relationships in the procurement sector.
- Grow your candidate pipeline and database to meet client needs across IP and CO postcodes.
- Manage and expand a procurement desk that previously billed £150k, with potential to reach £200k.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve and exceed targets.
- Utilise industry-leading training and development resources to advance your career.
- Experience in outbound sales or recruitment; sales experience from the shipping industry is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivation to achieve sales targets and earn uncapped bonuses.
