Day-to-day of the role:
  • Identify and develop new client and business relationships in the procurement sector.
  • Grow your candidate pipeline and database to meet client needs across IP and CO postcodes.
  • Manage and expand a procurement desk that previously billed £150k, with potential to reach £200k.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Utilise industry-leading training and development resources to advance your career.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in outbound sales or recruitment; sales experience from the shipping industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivation to achieve sales targets and earn uncapped bonuses.
