In this exciting role you will be providing financial advice to clients within FCA rules and the firm's procedures and ethos. You'll work with the firms exisiting client base whilst supporting across business critical functions, ensuring their smooth operation while leading efforts to identify and contact potential clients as you progress into a full IFA role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meticulous Compliance: Comply at all times with the Compliance and Training and Competence Procedures of the firm as well as the requirements of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the FCA Principles, Rules and the Code of Practice for Approved Persons.
- Future Focussed: Shape the future of financial planning by attaining and maintaining competent status as defined by the FCA.
- Innovative Solutions: Provide indepth knowledge of pensions and investments whilst undertaking sufficient research to make suitable recommedations.
What we're looking for:
- A proven successful career in the industry, an experienced paraplanner ready to progress their career.
- A proacive mindset with the ability to take on servicing exisitng clients as well as building new connections and clients.
- Strong communicaiton skills to collaborate with senior directors and clients to deliver clear, competent advice.
Pay:
- Up to 40K per year.
Hybrid Working: Enjoy flexibility with 3 days per week working from the central Ipswich office.
