Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective schemes of work and lesson plans.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their best.
Participate in school-wide events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
A qualified teacher with a degree in English or a related subject (QTS).
Strong knowledge of the English curriculum for KS3 and KS4.
Passionate about education and making a difference in students' lives.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience in teaching English at secondary level (desirable, but not essential).
