Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the estate agency team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and handling enquiries professionally.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-organised and tidy.
- Assist with the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and client communications.
About You:
- Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
