This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.

About The Role:Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 offAs part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring and responding to calls and requests from all Client locations and staff
  • Understand the escalation procedures relating to issues or incidents and know when to escalate or deal locally
  • Report to the Security Operations Centre Supervisor any incident outside of your experience or control and follow all actions and issues as required
  • Receive out-of-hours calls from the client Helpdesk and escalate as required in line with procedures
  • Produce high-quality Reports relating to all Incidents in a timely manner

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK
  • SIA licensed essential.
  • Able to interact at all levels from visitors to senior management.
  • Ability to lead a team with the ability to motivate, listen, support and communicate effectively
