With over 50 years of experience, my client provides high-quality, bespoke planning advice and support to property developers, private landowners, and individuals across the UK. Specialising in residential and mixed-use projects, they have a proven track record of identifying and securing strategic land opportunities to facilitate successful developments.

Their services include:

• Site identification and appraisals

• Land acquisition negotiations

• Planning strategy development

• Pre-application submissions and negotiations

• Planning applications and appeals

• Development plan promotions

• Housing land supply advice

• EIA screening and scoping advice

As a Strategic Land Buyer, you will:

• Identify and assess land opportunities for development.

• Negotiate land acquisitions and option agreements.

• Conduct market research to support land purchasing strategies.

• Work closely with landowners, agents, and stakeholders.

• Support the planning team with site promotion and planning applications.

• Stay informed on planning policy and development trends.

• A background in land acquisition, property development, planning, or a related field.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to assess site potential and understand planning constraints.

• Excellent analytical and research skills.

• A proactive and driven approach to land buying and deal-making.

• Experience working with developers, landowners, or agents is advantageous.
